LoomiMail operates on a pay-per-use model. You are only charged for emails successfully accepted for delivery by AWS SES. There are no monthly subscriptions or minimum commitments.

To request a refund, email us at billing@loomimail.in within 7 days of the charge, including your account email and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
